About Us

Welcome to our program, established in late 2016 by Dr. Simone Stewart and Lambros Avyerinos (formerly known as Clint in the reviews, a name connected to an adopted side of the family that they are no longer associated with). Lambros was raised by three veterinarians and a woman who managed the humane society. Both Dr. Stewart and Lambros have dedicated their lives to raising, training, and caring for numerous animals of various species. From a young age, they developed a profound appreciation for the preciousness of life, especially in dogs with special needs like hemophiliac dogs. With their expertise in animal development, behavior, and training, Dr. Stewart and Lambros are renowned leaders in the field.

Operating as a subsidiary of Love My Dog Inc., The Dog Coach is a nonprofit organization with a primary mission to provide trained service animals to individuals with disabilities. We fund these services through a range of training programs and fundraising initiatives, such as our product line and container homes. Over the years, we have donated well over 1 million dollars in services, and our goal is to increase this contribution as we continue to expand. Dr. Simone Stewart and Lambros Avyerinos are committed to maintaining the highest standard of service dog training, serving as guides for years to come.

Let me start by saying, even if your dog is very well behaved I highly recommend taking him or her to Clint for a behavioral assessment. We brought our dogs in and after spending just a few minutes with them, Clint offered us some tips and suggestions that have already improved how our dogs behave on and off leash. We found Clint to be straight forward and honest about what our dogs needed and didn’t need. Our dogs are well behaved and even though Clint did not suggest that we need training sessions, We decided to sign up. We signed up for training because of his knowledge and experience and to build a healthier bond with our dogs. I highly recommend The Dog Coach! We are looking forward to more lessons.

I cannot say enough good about Clint and Simone! They are wonderful people who truly care about animals - especially dogs! Clint trained our Cocker Spaniel puppy to come, sit, stay, walk on leash nicely and just transformed him into the most wonderful furry member of our family! We love Clint and plan to continue working with him through out our pup's life!

I recommend the Dog Coach 1000%. Clint was a serious life saver. I never dreamed my dog would be where he is today. Clint went above and beyond my expectations!! He also genuinely cares about your dog and their well-being. He stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date on everything the whole time & he is still there to help me when I need it. I just picked up hans yesterday and I could cry for how happy I am. I just can’t thank Clint enough!! I believe he truly saved my baby. It was also so amazing knowing that hans was being so well loved and taken care of while he was away. I also love how Clint doesn’t use such harsh military tactics in training. Truly incredible!! 10000/10!

I highly recommend The Dog Coach! We took private lessons from Clint and he helped transform my pup into an obedient dog. Before lessons, my dog lacked socialization and showed agression toward other dogs. We also had a hard time with basic obedience. He is now a pleasure to walk and be with. I learned a lot through our training sessions together. He taught me how to work with my dog. I am very pleased with the results!
